Catharsis

Catharsis is more than an event—it is a movement to create mental health awareness and advocacy through art, music, theatre and poetry. We create spaces where honest conversations can begin, where creativity becomes a bridge to healing and where vulnerability is met with understanding rather than stigma.

Catharsis is also a family project, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when generations listen, share and support one another.
